The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires all community water systems to deliver an annual Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) to all their water customers.  The Town of Westover Hills has complied with this requirement by posting a CCR on the Town website at no later than July 1, 2016.  In line with the Town’s “good faith” efforts, the Town is publishing this notice in order to reach non-bill paying consumers who might not have received a notice through the mail.

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has assisted water systems in meeting this EPA requirement by merging data from each water system’s chemical monitoring reports sent to the TCEQ.  The CCR indicates that the Town’s drinking water meets or exceeds all federal EPA drinking water requirements.  The report is a summary of the quality of the water the Town provides to its customers.

Copies of the complete detailed CCR are available at or at the Town Hall located at 5824 Merrymount Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76107 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., or by requesting a copy by mail at the same address.
