Utility Bills are dated as of the last day of each month. The due date for utility bills is the 25th day of each following month. 

If a utility bill payment is not received and processed before the 60th day after the due date, a late fee shall be assessed and applied to the bill. The late fee shall be ten percent of balance due.In addition, collection efforts may include the following, the cost of which will be assessed against the account as follows:

  • Disconnect for non-payment – $20;
  • Reactivation after disconnect for non-payment – $25;
  • After-hours service – $50;
  • Installation of lock box after disconnect for non-payment – $50;
  • Damaged/broken lock or plug – $25;
  • Tamper fee, plus cost of applicable replacement parts – $100.
