Water and sewer rates 

The water rate is a combination of a base charge plus a volume charge with a fixed flat rate charge.

  • Base charge: $31.00 per meter
  • Volume charge: $5.35 per  1,000 gallons of usage

Sewage

  • Base charge: $13.00
  • Volume charge: $3.96 per 1,000 Gallons

Please note that the volume charge for Sewer is based on the water consumption of residential water meters during the months of December, January, and February. The new rate is accessed for the next twelve calendar months starting with the Month of April.
